Even though the school has an existing synthetic turf field from another company, they decided to go with DOC’s FIELDLOCK® system on their new field. FIELDLOCK® is the strongest artificial turf system on the market and the only patented field reinforcement system in the industry. By reinforcing the seams on a synthetic turf field an owner can get more use and longer life out of the playing surface.

The new soccer field is to be installed on a roof top at a Venezuelan school in January 2011. After 6 plus months of reviewing international turf brands, DOC Sports Surface Contractors, LLC was selected over the competition based on their track record for quality. This highly technical roof top project requires experience and a certain level of expertise, and the school was referred to DOC Sports Surface Contractors, LLC out of Fort Washington, MD.

This field will also feature Proline T44 artificial turf adhesive containing no solvents, no Isocynanate and no VOC’s. The adhesive compliments a sustainable field design that will reclaim the water draining from the roof to be reused around campus later.
