A demo video of Mitchell Machine Works’s prototype artificial turf field recycling unit. Separated turf strips are run through the machine, extracting 99% of the sand/rubber infill mix. Infill can then be reused and the field recycled.

Hi Jimmy, …Luckily it’sa very robust synthetic turf. They sweep in sand and often rubber granules to stand the fibres up and give it a life like feel.
doesn’t it stress the lawn? Would a powerful backpack blower be a better choice for that application?
